 For all of us that have, what an incredible ride Chris has had and has taken all of us along with him.
For those of you that have not met Chris yet, or seen him in concert, what are you waiting for ? 
Guraranteed to be the best thing you have done lately.
 Throw on your cowboy boots, you cowboy hat and get out the door.
GO SEE AND MEET CHRIS YOUNG.....

I first met Chris at Nashville Star. On opening night my wife and I stood in line with his Grandparents and got to know them. We're from Alaska. Up until then I had never even heard of Chris but after that night my wife and I both became fans. We met Chris the night of the Premier party at the Wildhorse and attended the taping of Nashville Star another time before we had to leave. We're back home in Alaska but hope to get to see Chris again sometime in the near future. We will return!! In the meantime, Chris if you read this and want to see Alaska at it's finest we have some of the greatest fishing in the world. Drop me a note. Oh and bring your grandad with you!! Hey Ya'll,
I met Chris almost a year ago at the tapin of NS when Chris was invited back to sing YGLM. Imagine driving 800 miles just to hear Chris sing ONE SONG! Oh but was it worth it. I was able to meet some wonderful people, not just other fans but also Becky and Terri and those fans I did meet they have BECOME family. And then there's Chris. He's like that kid brother I never had...lol...
I also saw Chris again this past December. I had several "just by chance" moments with Chris where I was able to have my own private concert but the best part of that night was when another "just by chance" meeting happened and Chris spent a lot of time with my mom talking about cats. It was awsome seein Chris' face light up as he talked to my mom about his "just an ole barn cat with no tail" cat Tigger and seein Chris and my mom laugh about the story of my mom's cat Herkulees and how he's lived up to his name.
You see there's just a "magic" about Chris which is difficult to put into words. In a way it goes to show the type of up-bringin Chris had with Becky and Michael and of course the influence of his grandparents and all the musical influence. The list just goes on and on...
Trust me, when you meet Chris for the first time you'll feel a spark for something and with each time you see him or get the chance to talk to him there'll be a fire that will start to burn inside you. That fire will grow and grow until you realize one day how consumed your life has become by Chris. This is a good thing though, because you'll want to make sure this fire spreads to every one you know.
I've already been consumed by the fire and my life's passion is positively promoting Chris and his music every chance I get. Why? Because I have seen inside to the heart of this young man, I've seen who Chris is. The way he cares for those he meets, the compassion, the goofey and devilish side and then there's the talent to take these moments and put to music which touches us all on some level.
Oh ya, Chris is a flame and once he touches your heart and soul it will burn like wildfire makin ya beg for more...
Everything happens for a reason, even though we may not understand the reasoning... |

I first heard Chris sing at CMAFest in 2004. He blew me away with his voice. I became an instant fan and see him as often as possible.
I can't wait for CMAFest this year, as it will probably be the next time I get to see him.
